Volunteers make a positive difference in our schools, which is why we spotlight them here ... congratulations to Johnston Elementary School 2023 Volunteer of the Year: Johnston ES 2022-23 PTA Executive Board! #CCSDfam
In the principal’s words: “Our 2022-23 PTA Executive Board remained present and active within our school and entire community. They supported all stakeholders by organizing various events and activities throughout the year, many of which were open to the community. They were savvy in the utilization of their resources and business partners. In addition to their contributions through the PTA, each board member served as a Room Parent and supported their child’s specific classrooms by volunteering, coordinating classroom projects and events, decorating bulletin boards and donating supplies.”
